I first developed a passion for Yoga in 2004 while searching for ways to balance a stressful lifestyle and drastically improve my health. Wanting to take my practice deeper I completed my teacher training in Level One Hatha Yoga in early 2009, subsequently finding a passion to share the benefits of a yogic lifestyle with others. As a traditional Hatha Yoga teacher my emphasis is on bringing balance by gently improving flexibility, strength, and aiding relaxation. I focus on providing a playful, yet soothing environment to progress your yoga practice. My classes best suit beginners up to intermediate level students and are structured to provide a well-rounded practice of stretching and strengthening the body. A traditional focus on breath awareness and meditation completes every practice, aiding relaxation and harmony.
