Emma Janetzki

I have been teaching yoga on the Gold Coast since 2003 and run a combination of general classes, private and corporate sessions, as well as postnatal and baby yoga classes.  My classes are a fusion of different yoga styles incorporating yoga breathing and meditation.  After 12 years working in Brisbane and the Gold Coast as a Corporate/Organisational Psychologist specialising in psychological assessments, career transition and counselling, and helping people to manage workplace changes, my next role was as a mother of two.  Yoga just ‘sang’ to me when I started attending classes after the birth of my first child; my personal experience of the many physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga for mums and others in demanding occupations, inspired me to want to share this gift with others.

I’m passionate about achieving a balanced life and helping others to do the same.   Teaching yoga is inspiring and challenging – I’m frequently amazed with what I learn as I continue my yoga journey.
